Javon Ingram is a seasoned leader and the President of Solaris Commercial Accessories, a premier provider of high-performance architectural and interior solutions. With over 25 years of experience in the industry and a background in design from The Art Institutes, Javon has built a reputation for delivering seamless, turnkey experiences that blend aesthetic appeal with functional efficiency.
Under his leadership, Solaris has expanded into a multi-regional operation serving major markets in Atlanta and Texas (Houston). He specializes in transforming commercial and high-end residential spaces through a diverse portfolio of specialty services, including motorized window treatments, 3M architectural finishes, and commercial office furniture.

I started my journey in project management within the information technology sector. Those early years sharpened my problem-solving skills and attention to detail—both of which became invaluable as I transitioned into executive recruitment, sourcing top-tier talent for Fortune 100 companies globally. In 2005, my passion for strategic marketing and relationship-building led me to a leadership role as Marketing Director at Contract Business Interiors. Over the past 20 years, I’ve honed my expertise in brand positioning, negotiation, team building, process development and creative expression, driving growth and engagement in highly competitive markets. Beyond my professional endeavors, I’m deeply committed to community service. I’ve served on the boards of organizations like GA Head Start, Ballethnic Dance Company, and YouthVibe, Inc., working to uplift and empower underserved communities. This passion for mentorship and social impact inspired me to launch The Crown Foundation, Inc.—a nonprofit dedicated to providing young men with access to resources, mentorship, and opportunities to cultivate self-improvement, community pride, and academic success. When I’m not driving sales and marketing strategies or giving back, you’ll find me enjoying life in Powder Springs with my wife of 30 years and our two children.
